1980s Bally SPECTRUM Pinball Wristwatch

Vintage 1980s men's wristwatch with a full-length color photograph of Bally's SPECTRUM pinball on the face.  Back reads: "This is a creation of Image Watches Inc.  California  Japan Movt."  Burgundy plastic alligator-style watchband.  Watch has never been used; needs a new battery (currently not running)
